What is the Program Overview?
Structured as a 30-hour session, taught in 3-hour Saturday afternoon sessions, the Program Overview is the most efficient, affordable and FUN means of reviewing the entire beginning / intermediate Fletcher Pilates® syllabus. Based on Ron Fletcher's philosophy of knowing movement in the body before teaching it to others, participants will have the opportunity to both learn and practice Fletcher Towelwork®, Fletcher Floorwork®, the Fletcher Spine Corrector™ and much more!
